“単位はギリギリ、ゴルフは全力”

早稲田大学ゴルフ部で過ごした四年間は、毎日ゴルフのことだけを考え続けた、かけがえのない時間でした。勝敗の悔しさと喜び、朝から晩まで続く厳しい練習、遠征や合宿で笑い合い、ときにぶつかり合いながらも支え合った仲間の存在が、自分を大きく成長させてくれました。結果が出ずに苦しんだ日々も含めて、すべてが今の自分の土台になっています。この環境で四年間やり切れたことを誇りに思うと同時に、支えてくれた仲間に心から感謝します。ここで培った覚悟と自信を胸に、次のステージでも結果にこだわり続けます。そして、早稲田の名を背負って戦った時間を一生忘れず、自分のゴルフ人生の原点として大切にしていきます。
未来の新入生へ。早稲田大学ゴルフ部で過ごす時間は一瞬で終わります。仲間を信じて本気でやり切ってください。この四年間は自分の限界に挑戦できる最高の舞台です。失敗を恐れず一打一打を大切に振り抜いてください。
最後に、これまでの挑戦を見守り支えてくれた家族、友人、そして自分のゴルフ人生に関わってくださったすべての方々に、心から感謝します。
The four years I spent in the Waseda University Golf Team were irreplaceable, filled with nothing but thoughts of golf every single day. The frustration and joy of wins and losses, the tough practices from morning till night, and the teammates who laughed together on trips and training camps, sometimes clashing but always supporting one another—all of this helped me grow greatly as both a person and a player. Even the days when I struggled without getting results have become the foundation of who I am now. I am proud that I was able to give my all for four years in this environment, and at the same time, I am deeply grateful to my teammates who supported me. With the determination and confidence I gained here, I will continue to pursue results at the next stage. I will never forget the time I spent competing with Waseda’s name on my back, and I will always cherish it as the starting point of my golf career.
Dear future Waseda Golf Kouhai:
The time you spend in the Waseda University Golf Team will be over in the blink of an eye. Trust your teammates and give everything you have. These four years are the best stage on which you can challenge your own limits. Don’t be afraid of failure—cherish every single shot and swing through with everything you’ve got.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my family, my friends, and everyone who has supported my golf journey and watched over my challenges up to now.
